Impulse hair cut!

I decided this weekend that I wanted to cut my hair... Such a drastic change for me, since I haven't had short hair since like 7th grade! Here are some pictures for all of you to enjoy!

Twilight Fans

So I don't know how many of you read the "Twilight" novels, but they are making a movie now. It comes out 12.12.08! I watched a trailer for the making of the movie today, and I am SO dang excited! It introduced all of the characters... except Charlie Swan. I would like to know who is playing his role. But anyway, I can hardly wait not only for the next book in the series to come out this fall, but now for the MOVIE! YAY!

Who is smarter? Oh, John is. But he's got 5 years on me! haha

Who does the laundry? um we do it seperately. Even when we lived together!

Who does the dishes? Mostly I did (do), but he sure does his fair share!

Who pays the bills? Him... :)

Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? I do!

Who cooks dinner? Oh John is such a great cook. He gets that from his father. I am constantly learning new tips and tricks from him. But I can definately cook, too... i like cooking actually!

Who drives? Both drive.

Who kissed who first? John kissed me. And don't let him try and tell you I don't remember it... cuz I certainly do!

Who proposed? uh nobody! (but I am not goning to be doing the proposing!)

Who is more stubborn? I don't think either of us is very stubborn. We can agree on just about anything... except where to go to dinner!

Who is more sensitive? That would be me... I don't think John ever cries... haha

Who has more siblings? Me again. I am the oldest of seven. He has three children in his family. Win by a long shot!

Who wears the pants? He wears the pants, I control the zipper!

Pennsylvania

So we went to Pennsylvania this weekend to stay at Nancy's dad's house. It was SO WARM! We left on Friday afternoon at about 4:30 and arrived at 6 pm. It is about a 2 and a half hour drive, which isn't bad at all! We had pizza for dinner on Friday night (which most of you know I don't like very much!) and just relaxed.

On Saturday, Nancy and I went to the outlets, which are amazing! I helped Nancy spend a lot of money! I am a great personal shopper, by the way, if any of you are interested! haha! It was 83 degrees... perfect weather for shopping! We took the baby and walked around and just enjoyed the weather. That night, we went to a little Italian restaurant and had some dinner.

On Sunday we had breakfast and hit the road. We stopped at a puppy store on the way, and we ALMOST bought a new puppy... We are still trying to talk Al into letting us get one! :) We will get our way!

It was such a nice little weekend getaway. It was crazy because the weather was so nice on Saturday, and then it was 55 degrees on Sunday! It blows my mind that the weather changes so drastically here! It is so different day by day. I was hoping spring was here, and then it is cold again the next day. ugh! Oh well, it will come soon enough I guess!

Jordyn and me... She is such a doll. Jordyn is almost 5 years old, and is very big for her age. I thought she was 6 at first. I thought Emma was big for her age, but is small compared to Jordyn! haha




And last but not least, here is Mason. He is probably the loudest kid I have ever met... (he gets that from his parents)! Such a ladies man. We went to Olive Garden for dinner last night and he was flirting with like 4 different ladies across the whole resaurant! Oh man will Al and Nancy have their hands full when he gets older!





And here is my favorite picture of all! They even have neon signs for the Giants in the windows of bars! I love this place already! haha LET'S GO GIANTS!

Rough Day...

Today has been a lil rough for me. I have been gone for two weeks, and am starting to get a little bit homesick... here are a few things I have been missing today:

Watching John play video games.

Emma singing me "Low" by Flo Rida.

Going tanning and to Juniper for lunch with my mom.

John laughing histerically at 30 Rock every Thursday night, which in turn makes me laugh!

Cuddling with John while I slowly fall asleep.... silly, I know.

The parties we used to have. I took that for granted, and I miss all of the good
times we had.... Jesse and Mel, Kayla and Nob, Kent, Taya and Jeff, Micah and Nikki... just everyone.

Reading the Sunday paper every week... and always taking the Best Buy ad and scouring through it first.

Movie nights with John.... even if I fell asleep half the time.

Lazy Sundays watching the Giants beat everybody who stepped in their path! ;)

All my clothes that I gave away.

Yesterday, Jordyn asked me if I was living here, and when I told her yes, she said "Good because I love you A LOT!!" It was so dang cute! And I had Austin upstairs laying on my bed, and I turned some music on and started singing to him. He started dancing every time I sang, and he was trying to talk... or sing along with me, as I like to think of it! The kids are so cute... I love them more and more every day. Mason is so full of energy... he never stops going. Also the loudest kid I have ever met, which is not always a good thing. He loves to scream, even when you tell him not to! :)

I am supposed to be getting my camera cord in a package that my Mom is supposed to be sending me... hopefully soon! But for now, here is a picture of my car that I get to drive around. You could say that I am spoiled! :)

HELP?

So I am kinda bored on a Saturday, and I wanna buy a television series on DVD to watch. Any good suggestions? I have heard that 24 is great, but it is like $65 per season.... a lil pricey. Anything else anyone likes?

Nothing exciting....

So it is now Thursday, and so far so good! :) Haven't done a ton of exciting stuff, but I have gotten to know my way around a little better. It is such a small town that it's not hard to find anything. The biggest store here is a Staples or a Rite Aid. Everything is on one main road. Most of the town is country, which is nice, since that is what I grew up with! :)

On Monday, I went out on my own and kind of explored the town for a little while. Found Starbucks, the gym, and the nearest tanning salon! haha And of course I watched Dancing with the Stars! Tuesday, Nancy and I went into a town nearby and got some new bedding for their new mattress that they just bought. And she bought me some great bedding for my bed, too! Yesterday, we just watched some tv and flew kites with the kids. Nothing really planned for tonight and tomorrow, either. OH! And on Saturday, Nancy took me to a GREAT mall! I could spend hours and thousands of dollars there! ha! I am having a great time so far! This weekend, Nancy is taking me to Danbury to her sister's house, so I will get to see a little more of the State! :) Hope to get some pictures up soon! Love you all!
