I did! Here are a few pictures from the excitement...
Grand Central Station... the picture didn't turn out great, but you get the idea :)
These were in Time Square... holy cow I have never seen so many people in one place!
If you look very closely, you can see Lady Liberty in the middle of us! We didn't go out on the tour, since it was a three hour adventure. We decided to save that for next time! It was cool to see her, though! She looks a lot bigger than you can tell in the picture when you are there....
This is Shel and I sitting in one of the holes in the wall where they used to put the cannons through and shoot at people as they attacked the harbor... pretty neat!
A girl can dream, right? ;) This is my favorite store of all time on 5th Ave. Now I just need to make big bucks so that I can shop there, instead of just taking pictures of the store!
My mom and I in the backseat of the car on the ride to the train station... :) I love her!
Dinner at Rainforest Cafe... Yum Yum!
Just me and Shelby before our goodbyes....
I didn't get a lot of pictures on my camera, but I should be getting copies of all of our pics soon, so I can put some more up for everyone to share! I tried so hard to talk them into staying for a couple extra days... it obviously didn't work. I had so much fun... and I actually had someone to hang out with! We go to Disney in 4 days... which is coming up so fast!

P.S Does the city still smell like garbage and nuts?? lol
oh you have no idea! the Puerto Rican festival and parade were in town that day... talk about messy! It was so gross! I will have to post a picture of the trash on the streets once they all cleared out. EW!
Thanks Ash for the great time. I can't wait to do it again. It feels great to have a little sis. I always wanted to know what it felt like. Too bad I REALLY don't look that young. Love ya girl!!
Sounds like you had a BLAST! How fun to spend some girl time together. It makes me want to come visit!
